01
The Futurist's Approach
As the underlying force of life and society, we unpack how Reinvention is the foundational fluency for leading like a futurist. Then, to find it in your own lives, you'll revisit your earliest dreams.

The 4 Habits of Mind
Recognize narratives that inhibit your growth, and the
4 Habits of Mind that free you from them. You also learn to 'hinge' into the futurist's perspective to understand what's really going on.

The Spiral of Expansion
Find and follow the thread of your life in the Spiral of Expansion, You'll identify where you are now, and what's expiring and what's emerging as you make this next turn.

Qualities of Being
Define the Qualities of Being needed to support what’s emerging in you. In them you’ll discover your personal compass for reinvention, with practices that clear the path for your forward movement.
05
Integration
This final session celebrates how reinvention is rooting itself in your life. We reflect on how the frameworks guide you, your team, and org in the process and practice of continuous reinvention.

WHAT TO EXPECT
ASSESSMENT
A fun and thought-provoking self-assessment to get you started.
PRE-WORK
Before each session, you'll receive a short video introducing the Reinvention concept we'll be covering and a prompt to get you thinking about it in advance.
OFFICE HOURS
Two (optional) "Office Hours" sessions will be offered each week. This is your chance to ask for personal guidance from Cecily and/or Chris. Helping you integrate reinvention in ways that are specific to you, this coaching is what moves you from conceptual literacy to true fluency.
